So back home, and the first visit to the woods.
No damage over the winter, primroses are out, as is the periwinkle.
We saw two huge hawks driving in, and the badgers have started to build a new home.
We are feeling so lucky, and blessed. Although everywhere is wet, we get to send time in lovely places.

Booked on leshuttle , for tomorrow.
Last few days in France have been wet, of course!
But pretty, France is always pretty.
Stayed next to this Eiffel bridge for one night.

Over a week ago, our last few days in Spain.
Storks and Eagles over the cathedral.

We visited this fantastic family home. The Spainish love a bit of homage to Gaudi and eccentricity.

Hey, we've been back in Spain a week now.
Done some beaches, Roman ruins, churches, and orange trees.
It's wet and cold, but we have seen some lovely places.

The blue city, really is that blue. The old town Medina is stunning.

Beautiful Meknes and the Fes. Even in the rain we got to visit the souks.

Fez and Meknes, both lovely old towns.
Even in the rain we managed to visit the souls.

Still dodging the rain.

Damp cactus, in an out of season holiday town, (looking much like Dismaland).

Ruins in the hills, and a day out at the bustling Medina of Meknes.
Dates and henna tick.

Moroccan tagine Christmas dinner. (Cooked for us, and brought to the van). After a long days bird watching boat trip.
Flamingos, spoon bill, heron, egrets, oystercatchers, plus kingfishers. (Not in the photos, I think).
And a few seagulls at the dock, waiting for the fishermen.

A good day and no rain.
