Gluten Free Gez

Sunday breaky 🥓🍳
Tried in Cardiff for the first time this morning for a Sunday breakfast, quite impressed 🤌🏼

My main complaint is that their sausages weren’t gluten free, so I requested extra bacon instead. So many sausages are gluten free nowadays, so I don’t understand when places don’t offer them.

The decor and ambience were right up our street 👌
No complaints about the service.

The gluten free options could be made clearer on the menu, although after speaking with the staff, it was easy to figure out what I could have. It was also reassuring to hear that care is taken in the kitchen regarding cross contamination 🙌

kindly sent me some of their donuts to try 🍩. They are sensational, my biggest issue is trying not to eat them all in one day (and stopping Jade from eating them all too) 😂😂

Nice little Bristol recommendation from

Pizza On The Park didn’t disappoint, we had a nice couple of hours shopping in Cabot Circus followed by a welcomed walk to Pizza on the park.

They have a separate gluten free menu, I went for the Diavolo 🌶️ 🍕 🤌🏼 - cracking base, great service and nice venue.

Pizza is so much better than pizza express in my opinion.

BLACK GATES 🍺

Finally got to try Black Gates by

It was less creamy than I was expecting.Its’ actually very similar to their Milk Stout, in my opinion, although it does have a bit more life to it (a bit more head).

The taste was nice. Would I get more creaminess from the draught version? I hope to try it in the next few weeks when I visit Bristol.

The idea is to create a place where the gluten-free and coeliac community can discover great food, support independent businesses and enjoy a fantastic day out.
