Billy came recommended by a friend and he lived up to his reputation!
Billly helped me get my first wig, for me a very unsettling experience to need one so was very nervous.
Billy made me feel at ease, he talked through the process, kept in regular contact and was discreet and professional throughout.
Billy went through many hair colour choices to find the correct one for me. He cut it beautifully and styled well, as close to what I requested as he could.
I’m not good with change but I walked out the salon wearing the wig, yes it felt different but I felt beautiful for the first time in a long while.
Billy went through how to care for the wig, and gave me products to maintain the wig myself.
I am over the moon with my wig and can’t thank Billy enough for the care and professional service he provides. I would highly recommend # # #
