Sarah has been using organic hair care for over 9 years. She has fantastic hair as you can see. She uses our pre-wash organic hair oil once a week as a treatment. Washes the hair twice weekly with our organic hair cleanser and finishes with our organic 4-1 conditioner to condition and style. The 4-1 is used daily to dress the hair in-between washes.

As you know we are huge fans of she is in Burford this week only.

The year of the fire horse, so much for all of us to gain from these amazing g creatures. I truly believe that they are holding space for us and that they are the key to us connecting deeper with the land around us. They have so much to teach us if we listen, the starting point is to learn how to connect with them.

Meet Rachel Savage from .uk - yesterday I have the great pleasure of a session with Rachel and my horse Fred. It was so powerful, so healing for me and really helped Fred and I to connect on an even deeper level. I know that some of you have horses or have friends that do, I want to share her amazing gifts with you.
