I have worked really hard building my reputation and have invested in myself to become a highly skilled colour specialist. I truly believe education is the key 🔑 to success. Am I am living proof 🤩🤩

For me it was specialising in banding. It has truly changed my whole business. I have a waiting list of atlas 6 to 8 weeks and longer for Saturdays 🤩🤩 and I don’t have to advertise 💞💞

I have gone for from having 8 staff, high costs, extremely long hour, hardly any time off (and when I did was never actually off) and not much left in the pot for myself 😞

By specialising in banding I now have less clients a day and I earn more money. I have more freedom to enjoy my family, build on my education business and I also get to educate college students for free. Which was one of my biggest goals 🙌🏻🙌🏻 to help close the gaps between salon and college education 🤩🤩
To give back to our industry that needs out help 🤩🤩

Why if am a specialist with a degree in colour 🎓🎨🤓
It’s simply because the results can be unpredictable 🤪🤪

Colour correction isn’t a quick fix 🤩🤩🤩

It takes time and investment 🙌🏻 both in salon and at home 🙌🏻

This is one of my favourite transformations 🤩🤩 this client has been coming to me for less than 12 months and has only had 3 appointments 😍😍

She was over processed with some banding and her previous upkeep was every 5 to 6 weeks in salon.
She wanted to sill be really light up to the root but with less maintenance and she didn’t want to lose any length.

1st appointment we did a full head foils to blend the banding and added depth 😍
2nd appointment we did half head working with her natural root 😍
3rd appointment we did a t section work on her natural root 😍

All 3 appointments I used Blondorplex bleach with wellaplex
colour touch 10/0 10/6 9/16 tone and her averages upkeep is every 12 weeks 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Home care Olaplex number 3 weekly and no6 smoothing, Wella thermal imaging heat protector (and Moroccan oil light clients preference)

Actually pinch me 😳😳😳

If you had of told me 6 months ago I was going to be on stage doing my own model at I would of passed out laughing 🤣🤣🤣 absolute no way 🙅‍♀️

My actual words were I can’t do public events or speaking 😳🤣 to which he replied you can your just going to be ‘you’ and do it your way 🙌🏻🙌🏻

mentorship has had me so far out of my comfort zone am actually feeling comfortable 🤣🤣 it’s opened up so many fabulous opportunities for me and Casey has guide me through 🖤💞 from holding my hand to pushing me forward 🫶🏻🫶🏻 it really has been the best experience working with you 🙌🏻🙌🏻
