My beautiful client had previous liner and underliner. I gave her a new lashline tattoo on both but also extended the liner to elongate her eyes. Top and bottom can make the eye seem smaller, more like a football shape then a rugby ball but done correctly can create a beautiful liner look and extend the eye and lashes.
