On Saturday I'm climbing Mount Snowdon OVERNIGHT all in aid of Mind Charity!!

It's 15km, setting off from 11pm to scale the 1085m mountain ⛰

This climb has been delayed by 18 months due to the pandemic. The irony is that over the past 18 months so many more people have been suffering from mental health issues and stressors than ever before and charities like Mind have felt the demands and therefore been stretched thin more than ever before.

I wasn't holding hope for our sector to be mentioned at all yesterday, but to be given a date to work towards has really given light at the end of this very long tunnel 🔦!

I'm not pinning every hope on it, but having a bit of optimism is definitely very, very welcome.
