Why your aesthetic treatments might not be giving you the results you expected….

This is where I like to think about the 80/20 rule.

Your daily skincare routine, SPF use and consistency play a huge part in how your skin behaves and how well we can maintain and build on your treatment results.

Think of your in-clinic treatment as the accelerator, but your home skincare as the engine keeping everything moving.

And this is why I recommend professional/medical-grade skincare where appropriate.

It isn’t simply about buying expensive products. It’s about choosing evidence-led formulations with the right active ingredients, at effective concentrations for your skin concern, rather than filling your bathroom cabinet with products that may not be doing very much at all.

If we’re treating pigmentation in clinic but you’re not protecting your skin properly from UV…

You might notice that my social media doesn’t look like a page full of before & afters….there’s a reason for that.

As an aesthetics practitioner, I’m incredibly proud of the results I create for my clients but I also understand that not everyone wants their treatment journey shared online.

A lot of the women who come to me value privacy and discretion. They don’t want their partner to know, they don’t want friends asking questions and they certainly don’t want their face appearing on Instagram as a “before & after” and I completely respect that.

So while you might not see endless transformation photos on my page, behind the scenes there are plenty of women quietly investing in themselves, feeling more confident and loving their results.

I’ll always share what I can, with my clients’ full consent but your privacy will always come before my content.

Because not every result needs to be posted to be a good result. 🤍
