I nearly didn’t post this
it feels a little more personal than my usual hair, makeup and business chat.
But there comes a point where you realise the person behind the business matters too.
Some of these took me approximately 39 years to learn. Some I’m still working on. And some I’ll probably completely contradict by next Tuesday.
But right now, this is what peace and success look like to me.

A little miracle arriving 2027 🤍
After keeping this little secret close to our hearts for a while, we’re finally ready to share…
Luke and I are expecting a baby. 🤍
It still feels surreal writing those words.
Many of you have followed my journey through weddings, business milestones, life changes, challenges and fresh starts over the years, so it feels only right to share this chapter with you too.
This little baby is already so deeply loved and, in many ways, feels like perfect timing and a miracle all at once.
To all my early 2027 brides, I’ve already emailed, nothing changes absolutley everything is going ahead as planned for next year and I thank you all for being so lovely. My creative team have got my back and are more than ready and capable for a year of beautiful brides ahead.

The look she was too nervous to ask for at the preview and how we made it happen on the day anyway.👇
At her preview, Kaitlyn mentioned a curly up-do, which we did and she loved, but the style she was really dreaming of, big barrel curls with my signature soft radiant makeup. Her hair is completely poker straight, and she wasn’t sure it was even achievable.
So on the wedding morning, she told me what she really wanted. And we went for it.
The result? Flawless, bouncy barrel curls that held from first look to last dance, on hair with zero natural texture. Exactly the look she thought was so far out of reach. After reflection an up-do just felt like a work day, up and out of the way and it just didn’t feel right for her bridal vision.
Her words today: “I loved it, and it lasted the whole day!” 🤍
This is exactly why I always tell my brides, tell me what you actually want, even if you think your hair “can’t do it.” Give me the challenge. That’s what I’m here for.
I only take on a limited number of weddings a year to make sure every bride gets this level of care and I’m already filling up.

Your bridal preview isn’t supposed to be perfect.
I know that might sound strange…
But it’s supposed to make your wedding morning perfect.
One of the biggest worries I hear is…
“What if I don’t absolutely love my trial?”
Honestly?
That’s exactly why we do it.
Your preview is where I learn.
It’s where you really get to know me too, I want you to feel like you can trust me implicitly with one of your biggest moments.
It’s where I understand what you love, what you don’t, and all those tiny little details that make you feel like you.
Maybe we soften the eye.
Maybe we choose a different lip.
Maybe you realise you actually prefer your hair lower, higher, looser or a little more polished.
None of that means your preview has gone wrong.
It means it’s done its job.
I want you to tell me if something doesn’t feel quite right.
Show me another inspiration photo.
Tell me you’ve changed your mind.
Ask all the questions.
The more I know, the better your wedding morning will be.
There is something about a bride on her wedding morning that no preview can ever recreate.
Brides just glow differently.
