What are essential oils?Let’s try to figure that out😊
◽️Word “oil “in essential oil does not mean what we usually use in cooking. Essential oils are known as “volatile oils” which means they evaporated readily and will pass more easily and more quickly into the body through the skin. The Oil’s volatility is what makes it aromatic. Essential oils will be absorbed by skin much faster than olive oil or coconut oil.
When you apply lavender oil onto you hand after couple of minutes you will have no remnant of it because some has evaporated and rest penetrated into you skin then cells, tissues, organs and bloodstream.
◽️Word “essential “- means essence of the plants. That essence is made up of beneficial compounds that can support our health in almost every way.
Without a doubt essential oils are gift of the plants.
So Let’s use it❗️
Essential oils give a plant its scent to protect it from hazardous environmental conditions or for pollination.
Looks like plants and human can benefit from those amazing compounds.
