August! Had a lovely summer and I’m feeling refreshed and look forward to treating you

Anyone know what this shrub is? It’s really pretty and blooms in our garden every year. We can’t take full credit, the people before us planted it, but I love how unusual the shrub is 🌳🎋🌟🌈

My new Seashells from my lovely client and friend 🥰🪸🩷🐚🙏Thankyou so much again for these beauties.. you know who you are 🫶💫currently offering Seashell healing, using Reiki to help ease tension, anxiety within the body and promote inner peace ☮️

It’s surprising what you notice when you take the time! A few lovely things I’ve noticed on my walks lately 🥰🦊🌿📮

Cleansing my Shells and Stones to keep their energy clear. Who doesn’t love a recharge in the sun !

Photo ready sheep on my walk this morning. Watching me with their beautiful faces 🐮🌿🪾🙏🫶🥰💫

Lots of Deer on this mornings jog ! N ver regret movement in the morning when I can. Such a great way to start the day, clear the head and feel cleansed 🦌🦌

Walking in the spring 🌳🌞💕Always clears the cobwebs and makes me feel calm. When life throws curveballs at you walking can always help. Where I can I try to incorporate Holistic approaches into my life. A walking meditation in a break is a great way to release, relax and help regain focus. I offer a range of Holistic Therapies if you’re looking to try something different 🙏
