Joking aside - I’m always transparent with you guys and I’m not going to lie….we expect to see a dip in sales after Easter but last week was dreadful - not helped by the glorious Bromsgrove road closures right outside our shop but my goodness today was also like a ghost town.

So if you’re thinking of nipping to Costa or Starbucks tomorrow, the tax dodging big boys - please reconsider and come and see us instead.

We are much better than them, all of our baked goods are made with just flour eggs butter & love and you get much more for your money!

If things don’t pick up, then I very may well have heart failure and yes may just have to close.

So we will see you tomorrow or Saturday then eh? Because I know you don’t want that on your conscience!
