I’m feeling meh! 💚 banging headache for the last 2 days, a break out again.. but it’s been a busy stressy week so I’m not going to give myself a hard time!
Instead I decided to give myself a mini pamper to give my skin an injection of hydration! Similar to the one the UK is so desperately waiting for 🌧️ 🤣
I’m nearly 50 and my skin needs a little help, if I rolled back 4 months ago before I started using it must of felt like the Sahara!
I’ve been using the hydrate system, started off with a and I’ve never looked back!
This was this evening’s routine, everything apart from the face mask I do twice daily, it’s important to spend a little time for yourself, a time to connect, get to know how your skin reacts at different times of the day, week and month! 💚 I love my evening skin care routine, until 4 months ago I used to sleep in the days make up! 🤮 now I spend 10 minutes winding down with a bit of self love.. something I was missing for a long time caring too much about other peoples needs! It doesn’t mean I’ve stopped caring, I’m just putting myself first for a change 🥰 and I bloody love it!!!

Bry (Brian as I call her) I think, in the beginning humoured me with a tropic order, to stop me harping on!
She’s been using face smooth twice a week and skin feast nourishing moisturiser daily! Tonight she sent me this picture following a pamper of herself after a very hard week at work!
