PARKING NOTICE 🚗
When parking at The Mill, please keep the following in mind. We prioritise the safety of all members and visitors, while also ensuring there is sufficient access for emergency vehicles if required.
Please do not park in the following areas when car park is full (red arrows):
• In front of the main entrance.
• Along the first 15 metres on the right-hand side as you enter the car park. There will usually be a staff vehicle parked vertically alongside the bushes—please do not park in front of this vehicle.
• Beyond the red barriers in front of the house.
• In disabled parking bays unless you are a Blue Badge holder.
• Please refer to the red arrows in the image for guidance on restricted parking areas.
Although parking on the road outside The Mill is permitted, we ask that you prioritise parking in the areas opposite the site where possible if our car park is full. If you do park on the road, please do not park on the pavement and park further down than the vehicle shown in the image to maintain clear visibility to the left for drivers exiting the site.

Following on from Global Running Day yesterday, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be hosting another Run Club this Saturday, 6 June, at 8:00am! 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Our regular Run Club will then continue at 8:00am on Saturday, 27 June, so be sure to mark your calendars.
We can’t wait to see you there!

Meet another of our personal trainers - Kloe! 💪
“Hey everyone! I’m Kloe, a personal trainer and class instructor with a passion for lifting and helping others find their own rhythm and enjoyment in fitness.
My journey back into fitness began after having my daughter, so I understand how challenging it can be to rebuild routines while balancing everything else life throws at you.
That experience has shaped the way I work with clients – supportive, realistic, and focused on what works for you.
Whether you’re energised by group classes, motivated by strength training, or prefer a bit of both, I’m here to help you find what keeps you moving and enjoying the process. I believe fitness should be something you look forward to – something that lifts your mood, not just your weights.
Outside of the gym, I love spending time with my daughter, taking walks with my pug, and planning my next trip – whether it’s an active getaway or a relaxing sunny escape.

Recovery Suite & Changing Room Etiquette 🧘♀️
Here at The Mill our Recovery Suite includes a sauna, plunge pool, steam room, and showers. To help keep these facilities clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow the guidelines below:
Before Using the Facilities
• Please shower before using any recovery facility.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
• If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about using heat or cold therapy, please consult a medical professional before use.
During Your Visit
• Please respect other members and keep noise levels to a minimum.
• Please avoid filming in changing areas and toilets
• Use the facilities responsibly and follow any instructions provided by staff or signs.
• Do not bring food or glass containers into the Recovery Suite.
• Stay hydrated before, during, and after use.
Keeping the Area Clean
• No dirty or muddy footwear is permitted in the changing rooms or Recovery Suite.
• Please use the floor squeegees provided to direct excess water into the drains after use.
• Leave the facilities as you would wish to find them for the next user.
Sauna Use
• If the sauna water bucket needs refilling, please do not use plunge pool water.
• Use the taps in the changing rooms or notify a member of staff, who will be happy to refill it.
Safety
• Use the sauna, steam room, and plunge pool at your own risk.
• If you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable at any time, leave the facility immediately and inform a member of staff.

We took on a brand-new 6K route before enjoying some great coffee and iced teas from ☕️
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us!
