✨ A little business update ✨

Just a reminder that going forward, deposits will be required for all appointments, without exception.

I’ve always tried to be understanding when last-minute cancellations or no-shows happen, and have offered gestures of goodwill where I haven’t taken a deposit. Unfortunately, these last-minute gaps have a real impact on my income and make it difficult to run my small business efficiently.

I completely understand that things can come up unexpectedly, but appointments are reserved specifically for you, and at short notice it’s often impossible for me to refill that space.

So, going forward, my cancellation policy will be applied consistently and deposits will be taken on every appointment. 🤎

I used a specific scattered placement to create brightness where we wanted it, whilst keeping plenty of her natural depth. This made the application more time-effective while still giving a soft, dimensional result — without feeling too blonde for her first time.
