Hi all,

This is a polite reminder about our cancellation policy. We have this in place to protect our income. Being self employed means if we don’t fill spaces, we don’t get paid. By taking an appointment space and not giving any notice or failing to attend, we don’t have the opportunity to fill the space if we don’t get enough notice and often can’t fill gaps.

The policy is detailed on the door on entry to the salon & reminder of this are sent from Facebook/insta.
We ask for 48 hours notice to change slots. Less than this will result in a £15 charge, less than 24 hours notice is 50% of the cost of service and failure to attend will result in full payment being due.

Since January we have had multiple missed, late or last minute cancellations. This has resulted in lost revenue for the salon of over £500. It’s so hard in small business and whilst your slot might “only be an hour” these all add up. I’m sorry for the long message and I know most of you fully support this and I really appreciate you valuing our time too ❤️

We appreciate that things happen and sometimes can’t be helped but unfortunately we must do this to protect the business and remain fair by treating everybody the same. Thank you to those who have respected the policy & understand our situation.

Half term taking is toll?

We have limited spaces left this Thursday and Saturday for our luxury facial. An hours peace & quiet in a calm relaxed atmosphere. We have extended the £25 offer until the end of Feb.
