Our lovely client wanted a restyle and have more of a natural colour today. So we did bleach highlights and darker lowlights throughout, looks so much softer and is in great condition.

As you know we accept cash and card in the salon but we have received fake note this week so we're asking if you can check your notes before paying as legally we can't accept or return them back to you. They need to go to the post office.

We've unfortunately had to make the decision to start taking deposits for our colours as we've had a few last minute cancellations and no shows which leaves it too late to fill the appointment which has a big impact on our small business. We will need a £30 deposit which will be refundable only if we have 48 hrs notice of cancellation. Any no show or same day cancellation will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
