Yesterday was a very difficult and emotional day for my wife and our team.
Sometimes, when you run a small local business, people only see the finished nails. They don’t always see the long hours, the patience, the care, and the effort that goes into every single appointment.

Yesterday was one of those days that really hurt.
But amongst the sadness, we were also reminded of something very important — there are still so many genuinely kind and good people around us.

A very special thank you to Rachel, who witnessed what happened and took the time to share her experience.
Rachel, you didn’t have to say anything. You could have simply gone home after your appointment. But you chose to speak up, to recognise the patience and kindness of our staff, and to show your support.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Your words meant so much to my wife and our team, especially on a day when emotions were already running high. Knowing that someone noticed the effort our staff were making — not only doing their work, but also trying to help a little boy feel comfortable while his mum had her treatments — was incredibly reassuring.

We are just a small local nail salon, but we are very grateful for every single person who chooses to support us.
