From 1st April 2025, we have made some policy changes:

Prices
There has been a price increase on some treatments. Please take a new brochure. We have endeavoured to be as reasonable as possible with new prices. We have taken into account the rising costs of materials, overheads, wages, but additionally, the fact that our clients are dealing with inflation and rising costs as well. We can't thank you all enough for your continued support ❤️

Late cancellations and no-shows.
Late cancellations and no-shows have become increasingly costly for us as a small business. We understand things happen. However, we have had to make the decision to apply a new policy to recoup some of the losses we accrue from late cancellations and no-shows;
There will be a fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment booked for cancelling a booking with fewer than 24hrs notice, or missing the appointment entirely, regardless of the reason. We'll send you a payment link for the fee to your mobile number. You will need to pay this before you will be able to make another booking with us.
