How many times have you heard people say ‘enjoy them whilst they are babies as they aren’t babies for long’
This saying is so true
In between nappy changes, feeds, nappies, cooking, washing, cleaning and the lack of sleeps....some days can seem never ending.
Make time to slow down, breathe and take it all in. Just sit and cuddle your baby. Cherish that moment. Enjoy every moment with your beautiful baby.

We always recommend either vegetable oil or coconut oil.
But why?
The International Association of Infant Massage recommend using a natural, edible, cold pressed vegetable oil or coconut oil.
There are also no known allergies caused by these oils.
This recommendation is for babies without any medical needs.
The NHS guidance says that oils shouldn’t be used on a baby’s skin until they are 4 weeks old as it can impact on the layers of skin.

Children’s mental health week.
This is a powerful quote and so relevant to children’s mental health and emotional well-being. There are so many things we can do to help give our children the foundations to help them grow into strong, confident, resilient and happy adults.
- We can teach our children the names of different emotions do they can learn to express themselves through words.
- We can openly talk to our children about emotions so they learn to openly talk about theirs
- We can let our children know that their feelings are important
- we can model behaviour by saying sorry when we get it wrong
A small thing everyday can make such a big difference to a child.

Sleep 💤
Want your baby to sleep better. Try adding a bedtime massage to your night time routine. Research suggests that massaging your baby regularly may help to get their circadian rhythms on track, meaning they will sleep more at night and be more active during the day.
