I have now deleted/deactivated all of my personal social media accounts.

Going forward, all client enquiries and appointment messages need to be sent via WhatsApp. I won’t be monitoring messages across Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms, so messages sent through social media may be missed and won’t be treated as a contact method.

This page will remain active for salon updates, availability and important dates, so please follow and share the page to help other clients stay updated.

I’m currently away from work and all WhatsApp messages will be responded to from 1st October.

Wow... what a week! 🥵☀️

Firstly, I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single one of my lovely clients who still turned up to their appointments despite the 30+° heat. 💛

I've heard of lots of last-minute cancellations this week because of the weather, so I honestly appreciate every one of you who came in, kept me company, and supported my little business. I've just finished a 6-day slog and I'm so grateful. 🥹

Also... in true Lizzy fashion, I completely forgot to wish my little salon a Happy FIRST Birthday! 🤦🏼‍♀️🎉

Another year of creating beautiful hair, having the best chats, lots of laughs (and probably putting the world to rights 😂). Thank you to everyone who has supported Lizzy Jean's over the years. Whether you've been with me since day one or you've only recently found me, I genuinely appreciate every appointment, recommendation and review.

Just a little notice to my lovely clients 🤍

As the salon gets busier, I’m finding it harder to keep up with messages instantly whilst also giving my in-salon clients the time and attention they deserve.

Please remember I work alone and cannot always reply immediately or at all hours of the day.

Messages will be replied to as soon as I physically can, usually within working hours.

Going forward, I strongly recommend prebooking your appointments before leaving the salon, as availability is becoming more limited and it helps reduce admin outside of work hours.

Just a quick note 💕

I want to make it clear that I have a zero tolerance policy for any form of abuse, disrespect or aggressive behaviour. I always aim to provide a professional, calm and positive experience for all of my clients, and I expect that to be respected in return.

After a very busy few weeks and moving house, I’ll now be taking the next 4 days off to reset.

During this time I won’t be replying to any messages after today, and all enquiries will be picked up when I return.
