Not every set of lips needs more filler. Sometimes previous filler has migrated, become uneven, lost its shape over time or simply isn’t giving the result you want anymore.

In this case, we dissolved the existing filler, allowed the lips to settle, and then carefully refilled to create a softer, more balanced shape while still keeping them natural.

Dissolving isn’t a “failure” or going backwards — sometimes it’s the best way to reset and start again properly.

Composite edge bonding ✨

Not every smile needs full composite veneers.

Edge bonding is a more minimal approach where composite is added mainly to the edges of the teeth to help improve:

• small chips
• uneven tooth lengths
• worn edges
• symmetry
• overall smile shape

Because we’re not necessarily covering the whole front surface of the tooth, it can be a really conservative way of making a subtle but noticeable difference.

For this patient, the aim was to keep everything looking natural while improving the shape and balance of the smile 🤍
