It has come to my attention last week some of my family members and clients were contacted via another businesses Booksy marketing messages.

As many of you know, unless you make a booking directly with a business using Booksy, your details should not be stored on the system.

I would like to express my apologies as this does mean that your details were copied and input without mine or more importantly your consent. When adding a client to booksy we have the option to ask you if you would like to 'opt in' to marketing, again i apologise as this has been done without your consent.

As a business owner of 17 years I always ensure I follow guidelines and build trust with all my clients. This situation was completely out of my control and again, I do apologise.

If you wish to have your data removed, unfortunatly you will need to contact the business direct.
