I am a Reiki Master and natural healer with over 25 years experience. I also teach Reiki courses, from beginners level, up to Teacher's level.
When you have Reiki you will feel calm, at peace and relaxed. Reiki induces a state of deep relaxation and allows the body to heal itself. Reiki works at deep inner levels, so it can also heal mental and emotional issues too, and brings inner peace, harmony and healing.
Reiki is completely safe and has no side effects whatsoever.
A Reiki session takes 1 hour. You lie on a massage couch (fully clothed) and listen to relaxing music. Reiki is not a massage, but I place my hands on you, working from head to toe. You will feel very calm and relaxed, as if you are in a deep state of meditation. After your treatment you will feel peaceful and re-energised.
Many of my clients have been successfully treated for headaches, muscle tension, back ache, old scar tissue, emotional problems, stress, anxiety, depression and more. Many professional people come for reiki simply to de-stress and unwind. If your not sure if Reiki could help you then please ring me to discuss your needs.

A Reiki session costs £45. Appointments available daytime, evenings and weekends.
