From today I will be taking a small amount of deposit off people when booking in for an appointment due to people canceling or changing appointments last minute I’m sorry to my loyal clients that I’ve had to do this but I’ve got a house to run and kids to provide for and too many people think this is okay it’s not fair when I’m having to let other clients down because I’m fully booked then people canceling like that when someone else could of had the appointment😤 also from now on if you are 15 minutes late to ur appointment I will have to rearrange ur appointment and take another deposit off you because this is also happening a lot and most days I am back to back so I can’t be falling behind as I’ve children to pick up from school/nursery.
