I've been so busy lately that I haven't had a chance to post in a while! 😊
Here are a few photos from some of my recent dry cupping therapy sessions. 🌿
Every client responds differently to cupping, so the marks can vary in colour and intensity. This is a normal response and can be influenced by factors such as muscle tension, local circulation, skin sensitivity, the level of suction used, and how long the cups are left in place. The marks usually fade over the following days to a couple of weeks.
Many of my clients leave feeling more relaxed, with reduced muscle tension and improved mobility. One of my recent clients even messaged me after their very first session to say they could already feel a lot of the tension had gone! 💚
If you're struggling with tight muscles, neck, shoulder or back pain, dry cupping could be a great addition to your treatment plan.
