this lovely lady kept having nails break from day to day tasks so we added some builder gel 🩷

Had a new client come in from another tech and I noticed the nail was starting to grow upwards, along with what looked like the nail lifting away from the nail plate — something that can often point to a sensitivity or allergy to HEMA-based products.

We safely removed the existing product and switched to HEMA-free for the rest 🫧

I cut the nail as short as I can & will give it time to grow out before putting product on.

As a nail tech, honesty always comes first. I’ll never brush over an issue just to make a few extra quid — your nail health matters more, and I’ll always recommend what’s best for you 💅
