A New Chapter... Welcome to Ground & Glow. 🌿

After a lot of reflection, I've decided to rebrand my business.

Spiritual Spa Healing has been a huge part of my journey, but as I've grown, I wanted a name that truly reflects who I am today and the experience I want to create for my clients.

Ground & Glow is about more than beauty. It's about taking time to slow down, calm the nervous system, restore your energy and leave feeling naturally radiant.

Whether you come for a facial, massage, lash lift or energy healing, my goal is always the same...

🌿 To help you feel grounded. ✨ To help you glow naturally.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. I can't wait to welcome you into this exciting new chapter. 💚

🌿

Anyone who knows me knows that I have been absolutely obsessed with Tropic Skincare for years. I use it every single day for myself and my children, and I’ve probably recommended it to just about everyone I’ve ever met!

So, I figured it was finally time to make it official. I am so excited to announce that I am now a Tropic Ambassador! 🌿💚🥳

If you’re looking to upgrade your skincare routine, need family-friendly recommendations, or just want to know why I love these green, clean products so much, drop me a message. I’d love to help you find your new favourites!
