I really don't know how its 4 years today since we lost our beauiful little sister Hannah to bowel cancer aged just 20!!

As a family we are broken but we continue to talk about Hannah and what happened to spread awareness just like she did documenting her journey in a facebook blog called
She wanted to help others! She always thought of others! We want to help prevent this from happening to others!!

Most of the time that worry or concern you have will turn out to be something and nothing, but still so so important to get it checked.

Sadly somethimes it is something else. Cancer doesn't care what age you are and no one should ever tell you you are too young. Hannah was told so many times she was too young for bowel cancer, its an "older persons cancer", then when they eventually listened to her and my mum, she had stage 4 bowel cancer at 19!! 8months later she sadly passed away 💔 You and NEVER too young.

Covid has destroyed so many lives in so many ways...the loss of loved ones, not being able to see our family and friends, losing businesses and jobs, medical care postponed, depression, anxiety, debt, isolation, illness, and sadly I know the list could go on. Some days its difficult to be positive and to see an end to this but please don't feel alone, get intouch with someone, anyone for a chat.
