ES Sports Care

A wholesome Sunday

Hedge cutting's started here. Tidy hedges, happy farmer, and a warning to anyone hacking down our lane: watch for thorns for a week or two. Farmers, what's top of your autumn jobs list?

Meet Demi 👋

Our Sports Therapist has been getting some lovely feedback lately, and we couldn't keep it to ourselves:

⭐ "Amazing service. I feel great."
⭐ "I'm very impressed with Demi, she's very pleasant and good at finding the tight spots!"
⭐ "There is a significant improvement in the movement of my arm and shoulder and it's definitely less painful."

And one client was so relaxed they fell asleep on the table. We'll take that as a compliment 😴

Demi has a few appointments left this week. Whether it's a niggle from rugby or football, a stiff shoulder, or you just know your body needs some attention, let's have a look.

Matchday at St George's Park. Two tables, one changing room, and a squad who all say "I'm fine" right up until you find the sore bit. A lot of laughing, a lot of tired legs, and everyone walking out a bit lighter than they came in. Days like this are why I love it.

Can't get to us this week? Demi's coming to you. 🚗

This Thursday (8th October), Demi is out on the road with her mobile massage kit, and she's got 2 slots left. Whether it's at home after a long shift, at the yard, or straight after training, she'll set up wherever suits you.

No travel, no rushing, no sitting in the car afterwards undoing all the good work. Just a proper sports massage from a qualified Sports Therapist, in your own space. Rugby shoulders, footballer's knees, or that niggle you keep promising you'll "get looked at", Demi's your woman.

Mobile sessions are £80 and there are only a handful of spaces, so once they're gone, they're gone. Drop us a message on WhatsApp on 07793 046665 or send us a DM to grab yours.

Stubble fields mean harvest's in, and for a few weeks the headlands feel like ours again. Out with Kai this week. Best seat in the house. Where's your favourite autumn ride?

What a day! 🏆

The ES Sports Care team was at St George's Park, the home of England, looking after the players at the DHL Kingdom Cup Finals.

From pre-match prep to post-game recovery, we were there to help keep bodies moving and legs fresh for the big moments. Seeing our name on the treatment room door at SGP? We won't pretend we didn't take a photo (or three).

A huge thank you to DHL for having us, and well done to every player who gave it everything on the pitch. You earned that rest!

Whether you're playing a cup final or just want to get round the garden without wincing, we're here to help.

Tight hips. Dodgy knee. Sound familiar?

We're launching the Movement MOT, a quick 30-minute check on how your body's really moving, before the niggle turns into something that stops you in your tracks.

You'll get a clear picture of what's working and what needs a bit of attention, in plain language, no jargon.

£30. Open to everyone, whether you're training hard or just want to know where you stand.

Be honest — when did you last do something for your own body instead of the farm's?

You'll service the tractor before it breaks down. You'll get the vet out before a cow goes properly poorly. But your own back? That usually waits until it's already gone.

With muck spreading and hedge cutting in full swing, and ploughing and drilling right behind them, this is exactly the stretch that catches up on people who've been “managing fine” for weeks.

Get ahead of it. Book a session this weekend or early next week, before the tractor seat becomes your permanent address.
