Life has been testing this year in terms of my health, so although I’ve still been in clinic seeing all my beautiful clients, I chose to take a little break with posting to enjoy the good days, and rest on the not so good ones.

The time and effort that goes into creating even just one post is ridiculous and I’m actually not great at coming up with ideas for them either 🤣
