I’m on a bit of a roll with posting, so here’s some more content for you!

My gorgeous friend wanted just a tiny amount of filler to soften this facial crease, while keeping everything looking completely natural.

We also added a subtle touch to her lips to rehydrate them and restore a little softness.

Filler doesn’t have to look obvious. Sometimes the best results are the ones nobody notices.

I’ve struggled with PMDD for years and it honestly used to knock me every single month

Over time I’ve started introducing small changes like reiki, essential oils, deep breathing and cutting down meat. Thank you for my amazing monthly reiki sessions.

Nothing drastic but staying consistent

And I can genuinely say it’s made such a difference to how I feel

Not saying it’s a fix for everyone but it’s helped me massively
