TONERS...

A toner is essentially a colour that we use in the salon after the lifting process i.e Bayalage or foil work. I nearly always use a toner after lifting to maximise your colours potential. When we lift your hair we are removing any natural pigment and your toner deposits your chosen colour.

Toners last around 4 to 6 weeks before they start to dull.

GLOSS...

A gloss is a semi or demi permanent colour (molecules sit on top of our hair)

They boost shine and enhance the colour of your hair without altering the natural shade. They are fabulous for a move 'lived in' results whilst adding moisture and smoothing our hairs cuticles.

Our hair has three stages, one of them being a shedding phase...this is completely normal and is only temporary. Things that help are good diet and hydration.

Breakage is more difficult to fix and needs time and good quality products. Things that help are, Heat protection and not over processing your hair.

We are also seeing a lot more hair loss due to things like weight loss injections, medications menopause & stress. These situations are more to do with our body rather than our hair. Things that can help are again, prioritise good diet with the correct vitamins & hydration and possibly a week in the Maldives 😅💖
