Snow day ❄️
It was a day off today anyway but now made all the more cosy by being blanketed in snow 💙
Im using this time to do nothing!
Its what i need..a day of Rest
I can find it a challenge to do nothing.. Just to be still with myself.
Even though the self care and nurturing is needed.
Healing can happen when we are uncomfortable
Snow is helping to be still by its nature of quietness and cushioning i feel 🤍💗
