Hi guys. I've took a couple of posts down as I let this page become really ugly, with nasty comments back and forth..I want this to be a page of positivity and wellness but I just let things get to me and honestly sent me to a bit of a dark place.

So it's off social media and being handled the proper way. I apologise also if me va**ng on my video offended anyone in anyway but I think what alot of my clients like is I'm down to earth and what you see is what you get which makes me relatable.

These are the people we are dealing with who, keeps putting bad reviews up etc not giving them anymore energy just wanted to show you guys what we're dealing with.....I don't know who refers to a trans guy as a bird but these kind of people.

‼️Lip Disolve Guidline changes‼️

Basically we have been receiving threatening messages from a previous client, they came to us with migration in their lips, so we performed a disolve. Our guidelines we were taught by our training company was that after 2 weeks the lips can be refilled. So, after 2 weeks we refilled the clients lips, but the filler didn't take very well. We kept messaging the client but they didn't reply for 3 weeks and then popped up being threatening towards us. The messages continued even when Lucie was in hospital and they were laughing at the fact she had Covid. We are a small business and do not deserve to be treated like this.

All of our loyal clients know that if something goes wrong we will correct it free of charge, but this client refused this service. Since then, they have been threatening to slander us all over Facebook and in Buxton, if we didn't give them a refund. So we have processed a refund, but like most businesses it will take 3-5 working days to go through and the client is still threatening us.

We haven’t had an issue with this procedure before. But going forward from this we are changing the wait time between a Lip disolve to 4 weeks instead of 2 weeks
