Some of the best, career defining moments, incredible clients, and a gorge holiday thrown in for good measure 🤍

Covering the link between cortisol and acne is something I knew had to be where I started because it’s something I cover with every single one of my clients and I see such incredible results from working on nervous system regulation, I just had to share it!

If you want to get your hands on it, DM the word “CORTISOL” and I’ll send you the link 🔗

One of my first clients, on my new virtual acne programme, getting results like this in just 6 weeks makes me feel so proud of what I’ve created 🥹
Being able to help clients anywhere in the world, never needing to actually meet them but can clear their acne like this 🙌🏼
Another big slay ✨

I don’t know what it is, but the pina colada’s in Malaga are the nicest I’ve ever had, and a month after getting home I still think about them daily 🍹

Always got to take the Skin&Kin | Education & Community For Skincare Practitioners merch on holiday with me 🙌🏼

The most wholesome, fun filled week with my besties 🤍🫶🏼

So proud of this little life I’ve created for myself 🤍

Your skin is shaped at the till just as much as it is at the sink 🥦🍓🥑

Every food shop is a chance to either feed inflammation or calm it, to stabilise your blood sugar or send it spiking, to support your gut or work against it.

None of this means restriction or a list of forbidden foods. It means knowing what to reach for a little more often, so your skin has what it needs to repair and regulate itself from the inside out 🫶🏼

We’ve done the thinking for you 🙌🏼
DM the word “SHOPPINGLIST” and we’ll send over our comprehensive food shopping list for clearer skin, so your next shop is one step closer to calmer, clearer skin ✨🤍

This is what happens when you stop treating acne like it’s just a skin problem 🤍

Six weeks. Not six months, not years.
Six weeks of working with her body, her blood results, and what was actually going on beneath the surface 🩸

Because this was never about throwing more skincare at the problem, It was about finding what was really driving the inflammation 🔥

For this client, the biggest piece of the puzzle wasn’t another active ingredient. It was her nervous system. Her body had been living in constant stress, and cortisol was quietly affecting her inflammation, her oil production, her ability to heal. So instead of changing what she put on her skin, we changed what was happening inside her body 🫶🏼

Targeted supplements based on her blood results. Nervous system regulation woven into her routine. Small, specific dietary tweaks, not a restrictive elimination diet
All paired with weekly check-ins so we could keep adapting as her body responded and keep accountability high 🙌🏼

Your skin is just the messenger - my job is figuring out what it’s telling us, give your body what it needs, and the skin then calms.

If you’re exhausted from trying every product and still waking up to new breakouts, maybe it’s time to stop guessing 👀

The Acne Blueprint is my 12-week 1:1 programme where we get to the root of it, through a functional approach, blood testing, personalised lifestyle tweaks, and weekly 1-1 coaching built around you.

Comment or DM me “BLUEPRINT” and I’ll send you the details of how I can help you transform your confidence 🤍✨

Acne has a funny way of making you feel like you’re the only one going through it. One flare-up and suddenly you’re questioning everything 😥🤔

🍔 Was it something I ate?
🧴 Do I need new skincare?
😣 Why is this happening again?

So many of my clients come to me feeling like they’ve failed, simply because their skin has broken out again.
But a flare-up doesn’t mean you’ve undone all your progress. Sometimes your skin is just reflecting what’s been happening beneath the surface.
Maybe you’ve been running on coffee and no breakfast ☕️
Maybe work’s been relentless, or your sleep’s been all over the place, or your hormones are shifting 🥵
Your skin isn’t punishing you. It’s communicating with you 🗣️

In those moments, you don’t need another product recommendation. You need a reminder to be kind to yourself and to remember that healing isn’t linear 🫶🏼

If you’re in the middle of a flare-up right now, this is your sign 🪧
You’re not back at square one, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Ready to stop guessing and finally understand what’s driving your acne? DM me “BLUEPRINT” and let’s talk about how I can support you in the exact same way I would my bestie 🤍

Your skincare isn’t broken. Your nervous system is 😥

This client came to us having tried it all: the serums, the supplements, the dermatologist appointments, the lot. Nobody had looked at what was actually running the show, which in her case was two small boys she affectionately calls “feral” and a cortisol level that never got the memo to switch off 🙅🏼‍♀️

So alongside her supplement stack and food changes, we rebuilt her nervous system regulation to fit her actual life, not a fantasy version where she has ninety minutes a day for a bath and a candle. Something that survives the school run 💪🏼

This is 6 weeks in. Halfway through the programme 👀 She’s not even finished cooking.

If you’ve bought every product on the shelf, sat through every doctor’s appointment, and you’re still cancelling plans because you can’t face your skin under lights, the problem was never your routine 😬
DM the word “BLUEPRINT” and let’s find what actually is and clear your acne for good 🫶🏼✨

What’s in my beach bag as an acne prone girlie and acne specialist? 🏝️
Everything that keeps my skin calm, protected and hydrated while I’m soaking up the vitamin D 🌞

SPF is non negotiable, but as someone with oily acne prone skin I know how hard it can be to find one that doesn’t break you out. The Heliocare UK Gel Oil Free is a genuine holy grail for that, and the Tinted SPF gives just enough coverage for those makeup free beach days ✨

Heat and sweat mean your skin barrier needs extra support, which is where the AESTURA UK Official Cream Mist and Clinisoothe+ Global come in. I’m spritzing throughout the day to keep bacteria at bay and give my barrier a boost whenever it needs it 💦

The one thing people always forget on holiday is staying hydrated from the inside too. Drink Oshun Electrolytes have become essential for me in hot weather, because when you’re dehydrated your skin shows it first 💧

Swipe for everything I packed ➡️

There’s a particular kind of shame that comes with being an acne specialist and struggling with your own skin 😓

These photos are from the last few years, not some distant “before I knew better” 👀
I was already running my clinic, already helping clients clear their acne, and yet there I was dealing with painful, aggressive perioral dermatitis and breakouts I couldn’t shift. I remember looking in the mirror before work, wondering how I could help anyone else when I couldn’t sort my own skin out. It made me feel like a complete fraud 😥

What I didn’t realise then was that this was actually making me better at my job. Living through the flare ups and the frustration gave me an understanding no textbook or course ever could. I don’t just know the clinical side of acne, I know what it feels like to avoid photos, social situations and feel like your skin is the only thing anyone sees when they look at you 🫣

That’s why my approach goes so far beyond topicals 🧴
I look at the stress, the hormones, the gut, the blood sugar, the sleep, and so much more, because I lived the reality of what happens when you only treat the surface.
My own skin only calmed down when I stopped fighting the symptoms and started addressing what was driving them 🔥

If you’re struggling and feel like you’ve tried everything, I see you completely 🫶🏼
It’s not about willpower. It’s about understanding your root causes, and I’d love to help you find them 🔍

In 3 months we’ve gone from inflamed and angry, to clear and calm 🧘🏼‍♀️🤍

This is what three months of actually listening to your skin looks like! 👂🏼

Not three months of stripping it back with acids 🔥
Not three months of piling on actives and hoping for the best 🧴
Three months of understanding why it was angry in the first place - and then giving it exactly what it needed to heal 🤍

When skin looks like this = inflamed, reactive, breaking out in clusters, the instinct is to fight it. Dry it out. Exfoliate harder. Reach for the strongest thing on the shelf.
But that inflammation is a signal, not a flaw. It’s your skin telling you it’s under stress, its barrier is compromised, and it desperately needs support rather than a battle 😥

So that’s what we did. We worked on calming the nervous system, because chronic stress keeps your body in a state that quite literally feeds breakouts. We focused on deep, consistent hydration to rebuild a barrier that had been fighting to survive, and we built a routine around repair and calm rather than correction and control 🧘🏼‍♀️

The skin you can see in that bottom photo isn’t filtered or freshly treated. That’s just her skin now. Settled. Clear. Breathing.

If you’re looking at your own skin right now and recognising that inflammation, that frustration, that feeling of trying everything and getting nowhere - this is your sign that there’s a different way 🪧

I offer free 15-minute discovery calls to chat through where you’re at and how I can help you get results like this. No pressure, no obligation - just clarity.
