Was lovely to be back at Lasting Impression today after all the madness of the past months. Amazing to see the girls again. All perfectly safe and felt lovely to have a pamper. ▪️ A Reminder of our Cancellation Policy ▪️

Hello all! 😁👋 We just wanted to remind our customers that we had to make some small changes to our cancellation policy recently due to a rise in no-shows to their appointments, last-minute cancellations or latecomers. This meant our staff wages, bills and income began to be affected. 😢

Because of this, we now require a deposit of 25% on any appointments over £25, which gives us a safety net for any unforeseen issues in the future.
