A little behind the scenes look at one of the layers in my Bergamot & Rosemary natural soap ☺️
I add poppy seeds to this layer to give the finished bar a lovely natural texture and gentle exfoliation.
This has become one of my best-selling soaps, both through the website and with my lovely wholesale stockists, so I seem to be making plenty of it lately!

Did you know?? There’s a whole bar of dark chocolate in every batch of my Mint Chocolate Lip Balm! 🍫☺️
I add it because chocolate contains natural fats and antioxidants which can help make a lovely rich, nourishing balm for your lips. Combined with the other oils and butters, it gives the balm its gorgeous smooth, moisturising feel - and lovely chocolatey colour!
And of course, the mint chocolate combination smells absolutely delicious 😋
Cutting a batch of my Lemongrass & Peppermint soap! 💙
This soap gets its lovely rich blue colour from natural indigo powder, and the lemongrass and peppermint scent is so uplifting and refreshing. This is definitely one of my personal favourite soaps ☺️ I love seeing my curing rack filling up! I’ve got a few more batches to make and cut this week 🧼
A fresh batch of Lemon Balm & Peppermint Shampoo Bars!
These aren’t on the website at the moment, but they’ll be back as soon as they’re cut, cured and ready to go! This natural shampoo bar is lovely for normal to oily hair, with a refreshing, clarifying blend that gently cleanses the scalp and helps leave hair feeling light, fresh and beautifully clean.

It was so nice to meet so many of you, whether you were discovering Bare for the first time or stopping by to say hello after supporting my little business for years. Seeing familiar faces, having a chat and helping you choose the right natural skincare and handmade soaps is always one of my favourite parts of these events ☺️
Thank you to everyone who came along and supported me. It really does mean the world, and I can’t wait for my next stall in Glynllifon on the 7th and 8th of November!

It’s been a while…but I’m back at a show this weekend! ☺️🎉
I’ll be at the Anglesey Summer Festival on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August, with a stall full of all your Bare favourites! There’ll be more than 100 food, drink and craft stalls, along with street food and live music throughout the weekend, so it should be a lovely day out 😊

Last weekend Paul and I finally got to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with all the family! ❤️ Our actual anniversary was last month, but with six boys it’s not always easy getting everyone together in one place at the same time! 😅
A huge thank you to all of our wonderful boys and lovely daughters-in-law for organising such a special celebration. We know it must have taken so much planning behind the scenes, and we really do appreciate all the love and effort that went into making it such a memorable party ❤️ A special thank you to our talented daughter-in-law Emi for the most beautiful (and absolutely delicious!) anniversary cake, it was perfect!🎂
We’d also like to say a big thank you to Siop Jac y Do and the brilliant Non for looking after us so well. Their new venue in Doc Victoria has the most fantastic views, the food was great, and the service was wonderful from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely venue.
Thank you again to everyone who made the day so special. It was so lovely to catch up with family and friends we hadn’t seen in ages. Now everyone’s gone home…I think I need a very long sleep! 😂🥰
