Hi everyone I'm Sam a local reiki practitioner and I will be starting to work from the hair lounge caister in march 🥰

I love creating a beautiful, peaceful space for you to receive your reiki healing.

Usui Reiki is energy healing, it originated in Japan and is very relaxing and helps with anxiety, stress and wellbeing. I place my hands gently on or just above the body in different hand positions and life force energy is transferred though me into your auric field. You may feel a warm calming sensation as the energy passes over.

I like to ensure the reiki room is very calming by using:

Soft lighting
Soothing scents
Gentle healing music
Soft blankets
Crystals

Serene - peaceful- calming

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the women who show up for you 💚

The ones who hype you up, back you in rooms you’re not in, and remind you who you are when you forget for a second. That kind of love? It sticks with you.

Because when women stand together, powerful things happen.
