I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Even if you rebook within that time it is really hard for me to fill your slot.
If I continue to run my business unapologeticly for you then I will not have a business left.
My reminder message should not be where you say you can’t make your appointment. You need to contact me.
I will now be unapologeticly enforcing this charge and potentially charging a booking fee to rebook.
Keep small business going because when we are gone there is no coming back!

After 15 years with Sparitual I am saying good by as they are American and simply too hard to buy now.
And Hello to Palette! Still a vegan, planet based product. I excited to bring in new colours, more selective as very little people have normal polish anymore, which will give me space to grow my gel colours.

Proms are all coming up and I would love to do some Prom make this year.
