Seaside mode: ON. 🌊☀️

Off for a long weekend with the family, so I’m switching off, enjoying some quality time together, getting plenty of sea air and hopefully squeezing in a little seafront run too… 👀🏃🏼‍♀️

All messages will be replied to on Tuesday. 💌

Until then… I’m unavailable, probably eating something by the sea. 😂🌊

Make your energy the prettiest thing about you. ✨

Because a cute photo is nice… but being a good human with good energy? That’s the real flex. 🤍

Well… my lungs have officially put me on the naughty step. 😂

Currently ill… again 🤦🏼‍♀️

So it’s antibiotics, steroids and complete rest for me for the foreseeable. And for those of you who know me, you’ll know that the words “complete rest” do NOT exactly go down well with me 😂

But as frustrating as it is, my lungs clearly need the time to properly recover, so I’m putting the stubbornness aside and actually listening to my body this time.

No gym. No running. No trying to sneak in “just a little walk” because I’m bored. 😂

Just rest, recover and give my lungs the chance to do their thing. 🫶🏼

Hopefully this is the reset I need and I’ll be back doing what I love when my body is ready. ❤️

And because I currently feel like absolute rubbish… here’s a photo from when I felt cute instead. 😂💁🏼‍♀️

Hello September 🤎🍂

We’ve officially reached my favourite time of the year… the Ber Months and I couldn’t be more excited!! 🥰

30 fresh days ahead to chase goals, create memories, embrace new opportunities and make the most of everything this month has to offer.

For me, we’re getting back on track! Minus one weekend away that I fully intend to enjoy 🍷😂 Otherwise, we’re ticking those boxes, staying consistent and finding that balance between discipline and actually enjoying life.

Here’s to a month filled with goals, fun, discipline, memories, opportunities and, most importantly, balance. 🤍

What are you most looking forward to this month?
And what goals are you working towards? ✨

Okay team… we’ve reached the end of August! 🌿✨

So, how has this month been for you?

Did you achieve what you set out to do, or did life throw a few curveballs your way?

For me, I’ve been living my best life with country concerts, weekends away, girl time and, most importantly, making memories. ❤️ Yes, I got ill along the way and had a little unexpected time out, but we’re out the other side now and I’m ready to get back to ticking those boxes! 👊

And now we say hello to September… which means we’re officially entering my favourite months of the year! 🍂✨ I’m SO ready for the Ber months!

September is looking a little quieter than August, although I do have a family weekend away at the seaside planned. I’ll still be working towards my goals, ticking those boxes and doing my best to keep moving forward, while remembering that life is about more than just the checklist.

**New month. Same mindset. Same mission.** 👊✨

So, what are your goals for September?

Drop them in the comments below ⬇️
Let’s keep each other accountable! 🤝

Out of office is officially ON! ✈️🍹

Me and my bestie are heading north for a long-overdue girls’ weekend away, and honestly, it’s very much needed! ❤️

We’ll be busy gossiping, drinking, eating, exploring and probably making questionable decisions along the way 😂🥂🍔

So, I’ll be switching off and enjoying some much-needed time away. I’ll respond to all messages from Tuesday 1st September.

Until then… catch us somewhere up north having the best time! 🥂✨

Where does the time go?! 🥹

5 years ago, I left Blacklands, not really knowing where life was going to take me next. Fast forward 5 years and somehow my whole path has completely changed.

Looking at these two photos side by side has honestly stopped me in my tracks. I didn’t realise just how much my face and body had changed until I put them together. Sometimes you see yourself every day and don’t notice the little changes, until you get a reminder of just how far you’ve come.

But the biggest changes aren’t the ones you can see. ❤️

Five years of twists and turns, new chapters, lessons, challenges, adventures, and a lot of figuring things out along the way. And now? I’m settled. I’m happy. I’m stronger, inside and out, and genuinely excited about the life I’ve built for myself.

If you’d told me 5 years ago that this is where I’d be now, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Here’s to the girl I was, the woman I’ve become, and everything still to come. 🥂❤️

5 years later… and what a journey it’s been. ✨

Back to routine, not back to rushing. Progress takes time, and I’m giving my body the time it needs. ✨

The struggle is real sometimes.

You fall out of your normal routine, and that’s okay. Maybe you’ve skipped a few workouts, your usual daily routine has gone out the window, you’ve been eating more processed food than you’d like to admit, or life has simply thrown something at you that you didn’t expect.

The reasons will be different for everyone, because everyone’s life and circumstances are different.

For me, I’ve been ill for the last week or so, and my biggest struggle has been not being able to move my body the way I’m used to. I’ve found that hard, especially when I’m motivated and want to keep progressing. But I know that, in the long run, resting now will benefit me far more than pushing through and making myself worse.

So, for now, it’s about resting, focusing on my nutrition and then slowly building myself back up when my body is ready.

It’s so easy to look at someone else’s fitness journey and assume everything is perfect because of what you see in a photo. But you never know what’s happening behind the scenes or what curveballs life has thrown at them.

A fitness journey isn’t supposed to be perfect. There will be ups, downs, setbacks, missed workouts, bad days and periods where life simply has to come first.

And that’s okay.

**It’s not about never falling off track. It’s about what you do afterwards that matters most.** ❤️
