Prior to your appointment, your hair needs to be free of any build up. This means you need to do any cleaning clarifying wash prior to the appointment. Please make sure your hair is CLEAN!

Make sure you’re only conditioning your ends not your roots.
Getting it on your roots is not only bad for your scalp but will cause bond slipping.

Styling your hair is not necessary.
