✨Hello, for those that don’t know me my name is Rachel Lidster and I and I am a fully Cibtac and Cidesco qualified beauty therapist, with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

✨Having worked at some prestigious spas over the expanse of my career, I decided I wanted to offer those spa experiences in the comfort of my own home and therefore be able to give an individual client centred approach.

💆‍♀️I offer a selection of relaxation/ holistic treatments in a clean, comfortable and calm environment.
Holistic therapies focus on prevention when possible and harness the power of the body and mind to heal itself.
I really believe in the power of massage, not only on treating physical ailments- by relieving tension within the body and soothing aches and pains, but also on an emotional/psychological level ( which often manifests as a physical ailment ).
Taking time out, in your busy modern- day lives and looking after yourself has such a positive impact. It can give you a new, clearer perspective, giving you increased clarity of mind, reduces stress, restores energy and an overall improved sense of well-being.

🌸Within my treatments I use Neals Yard Remedies, which are beautifully blended only using the finest ingredients and are certified organic.
I strive to make my clients feel their best walking out my treatment room door after time at ‘The Tranquil Room’.
