Annex Therapies

Attended the Professional Beauty London event yesterday 👌 There was so much to see, experience and learn from all aspects in the industry. Some very interesting equipment and furniture. We attended only 1 of the Live sessions, which was extremely informative and reiterated my approach for the business 😀 👍. Makes you feel happy that you may be on the right path and inspired hearing your thoughts echoed by others that have already gone down that same road. I came away with a lovely haul of new products, personal treats, new supplier information and knowledge that will support me going forwards. And of course the support and encouragement of my lovely husband that joined me for the day and helped carry everything back home.

Looking forward to attending the Professional Beauty London event tomorrow. Will be great to see what is new in the industry and learn more.

So very impressed with the Avon nail polish! The blue 'Underwater Dream' was applied 30th July! 8 weeks later and it was still perfect! The nails have grown out quite a bit but the polish lasted all the way, even after she did some hiking in the lakes!
After a luxury pedicure today the lovely lady's feet and nails are good to go again with the fabulous new 'Toad you so' from Essie. Hope it lasts as well as the Avon polish.

Only 2 weeks to go until the first Chair-based Exercise class starts! I am super excited! Cannot wait to start and to meet everyone starting or continuing their fitness journey.

I will be joining the Monkfield Medical Practice Art & Craft group tomorrow 15 September from 2pm for a free Chair-based exercise session. The Art & Craft group normally meets every two weeks on a Wednesday 2pm - 4pm and when I am available I love attending this great free service offered at the Practice.
