Haven’t logged onto this page for a while. I’ve been busy doing other things.

I’ve been loosing weight, exercising in the gym and going on long walks. Rain, shine or even snow.. I’ve been out walking in it and taking photos of pretty wildlife & flowers along the way.

I even stopped off for a cheeky ice cream on one of my walks. Didn’t cost 99p though. I miss the 99 days. I blame inflation and greed. 🍦

So yeah, I’m over 6 stone down. I’ve built a lot of muscle. I’m taking vitamins & supplements, eating well. Not junk. Keeping hydrated. Sleeping well. No stress or drama. Completely eradicated anyone or anything that causes me stress.

I went from being morbidly obese and one pizza away from an early grave to going to the gym and seeing a personal trainer three times a week, long walks. I walk for miles. Good nutrition & hydration. I’ve knocked 10 didgets off of my BMI and I’m absolutely powerhousing life.

My personal trainer tells me I’m “strong” and it’s my biggest accomplishment. Finally being physically strong. I absolutely love it. Who knew my favourite place would become the gym. 🥰

I started in September of 2025 and haven’t looked back.

This year I’m going to take up boxing, for fitness. I don’t plan on knocking anyone out, but if you cross me….. KO🤣 💋

Kind Patches sent me these Berberine Patches to try and I’m actually pleasantly surprised. I think they actually work. I’ve used 6 in total, one a day and I am noticing the food noise cancellation. I didn’t wear one yesterday and I snacked hard. So there’s definitely something positive working with these patches. I applied one this morning, had some cereal for breakfast and I don’t feel hungry at all and lunch is fast approaching. I will give a more in-depth review soon, I want to keep using these patches alongside weighing myself to see if I do lose weight but for now, I’m impressed. So far so good. 😊 🥰

Well, it’s been a minute since I posted on this page. 💜

What has everyone been up too? I hope you are all well. I’m doing just fine. Still been doing makeup but over on TikTok

Tonight I did my own fluffy lash extensions for the first time. Usually I use the strip lash but I got some of the individual ones to try out. Not a bad result, room for improvement with practice.

This year has flown by. I feel like I’ve blinked and it’s August. Finally decided to marry the ole ball and chain. I think after 10 years we should make it official 🤣❤️
