Sometimes laying on a massage table can feel overwhelming, especially when our nervous systems are in fight or flight, we are experiencing high levels of stress in the mind and body or suffering with pain.

Seated chair massage can be a more accessible way of receiving a massage treatment. You can choose between a fully clothed acupressure massage where gentle pressure is applied to various areas of the back and arms to release stress, increase the flow of energy and bring a sense of balance to the body and mind.

or

an oil massage on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck and head where we can work a little deeper into muscles to relieve tension and release stress.

We all have different needs and so treatments are always adapted to the individual.

These weren’t societies where women ruled over men but where power was shared, and decisions prioritized the well-being of all. We’re now seeing a shift. People are waking up. Ecovillages, intentional communities, and new ways of living that center collaboration, sustainability, and care for the Earth are emerging. This is the return of the feminine—not to dominate, but to restore balance. It’s time to build a world where we rise together—not in competition, but in harmony. Let’s dismantle the systems that keep us divided and create something new. A world where both masculine and feminine energies thrive. A world rooted in connection, not control What do you think?
