Such a fabulous 4 days, camping Noyadd Farm Caravan & Camping running with Pegasus Ultra Running, family time at Gwenffrwd Dinas nature reserve & topped of with relaxing & recovering The Cold Room | Cryotherapy and Wellness Studio I LOVE

Happy to be adding Pegasus Ultra Running to my wall, felt like quite the challenge after 2 weeks ago and being quite far from home and camping the night before, always going to be a hard one for me. Long day and loved it. And had the amazing pleasure of Anna Anna Troup next to me on the coach 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 imparting wisdom and experience, fountain of knowledge and inspiration for everyone, especially women.
