Insights and gentle tools to help you listen to your skin by Facialist Elizabeth Charlton

Here's a little reminder to take a step back when you feel overwhelmed by your skincare routine or perhaps feeling like you are not doing enough or don't have time for lots of steps, because....well....LIFE gets in the way!
It might be time to recognise why doing less right now might just be the most effective step in your routine.

If you are still concerned with youth and looking younger, take a moment to think about who that is really benefitting.

A little update from Hada Therapies

This space has been quiet for a while, so I just wanted to pop by and give an update.

🧡 Firstly I wish you all a happy new year and I hope you are well. I have been intentionally offline and it has been nice but I did miss some aspects ( fomo anyone).

🧡 Being offline and taking a pause has meant I finally finished my Advanced Skin Nutrition Course, I passed with 93% which I am very proud of.
I loved the learning so much that I have chosen to enroll in further CPD in Nutrition Therapy. This will further deepen my knowledge as an integrative facialist.

🧡 I have had some enquiries as to when appointments will open again. I am currently taking some time away from treatments so I am unable to offer a finite answer. What I do hope to offer in time are virtual consultations and online resources.

🧡 I am also in the process in changing my website hosting platform to make it sustainable for me to maintain and provide some free resources. This also means that the newsletter has not launched just yet but it will when I find the right system.

So yes, it has been extremely quiet on this page but behind the scenes a quiet evolution is taking shape.

Be back soon,

I have been quietly working on something..
A free guide called Calm Skin Foundations.

✨ It is for anyone who wants their skincare and wellbeing to feel softer, slower and less about "fixing" or following trends. This is about understanding your skin and building a supportive, soothing foundation for your at home routine.

The guide is designed to be a grounding resource, with mini guides, reflections and journal prompts to gently direct you to a place of self compassion and calm.

You can download it now through the link in my bio 📩

I hope you find ease with your skin and it brings you a sense of calm when you need it.

With Warmth,

Elizabeth

I have been tucked away at my desk, creating something new for you. Writing, planning, and dreaming up ways to support your skin in a calmer, more grounded way.

While in person treatments are paused, I'm working on something you can access anytime, anywhere with resources that respect your pace, not the industry's.

Taking the time to create this is the first step towards a support skin hub ( new name pending) , a space for those who are tired of chasing trends and just want skincare that fits into real life.

If you would like to be the first to hear when it's ready ( and get early updates and peeks behind the scenes), you can join the waitlist through the link in my bio.

I can't wait to share more with you soon ✨

At the end of July, I’ll be pressing pause on treatments to take some time to rest, reflect, and refocus.

This break will allow me to revisit my ten years of facial training, delve further into holistic wellbeing and complete a nutrition qualification, ultimately enhancing the treatments that I offer.

It's not goodbye forever, different ways to support your skin are in development and I will still be around online sharing the journey.

Click the link in my bio to join the wait-list — I’d love to stay connected and invite you to be part of the next chapter.

Until then, take care and I’ll see you soon,

Elizabeth x

Restoration of your skin barrier reduces inflammation and hydrates the skin properly, improving its integrity and health in general.

This is why working on repair first leads to more resilient skin. Look for skin building ingredients like ceramides, fatty acids and cholesterol - your skin will recognise these ingredients and know what to do with them.
