We know parking can sometimes be a little tricky, so we just wanted to share a quick reminder to help your visit go smoothly ✨

✔️ On-street parking is available outside the front of the house
✔️ Access to the treatment room is via the gate in the driveway

🚫 Please don’t block the driveway at any time, as access is needed throughout the day.

If you’re struggling to find a space, please give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to help you 🤍

We’re so excited to reveal our brand-new salon uniforms! 🤍

We wanted a fresh, modern look that reflects the calm, welcoming atmosphere at The Cambourne Retreat, and we’re so pleased with the result. The light grey uniforms paired with our printed logo look clean, professional and are so comfortable to wear too!

A huge thank you to Creative Stitches by Heidi for creating them for us. From start to finish, Heidi was fantastic to work with, and we’re absolutely delighted with the quality and finish.

You’ll be seeing Laura wearing our new uniform while Lisa is enjoying maternity leave, and Lisa can’t wait to wear hers when she returns in January.

Hi everyone,

Just a little message to let you all know that I’ll be starting my maternity leave this Friday! 💕

I wanted to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for all of your lovely wishes, kind words and the beautiful gifts you’ve given me. Your support and kindness mean so much, and I really appreciate it.

While I’m away, Laura will be here to take great care of you all, and I know you’ll be in very safe hands.

I’ll be returning in January on reduced hours, before returning to my normal working hours from April. My diary is already open on our online booking system if you’d like to get your appointments booked in. Alternatively, you can message either myself or Laura.

I’ll also be sure to let you all know once our little baby arrives! 👶💛

We want to keep you in the loop about our cancellation policy at The Cambourne Retreat.

⏰ We understand that life can get hectic, but we kindly ask for a 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the most of our beauty experts' time. 💅🏻🧖‍♀️

LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE- we may struggle to fill your slot with little notice. We will charge up to 100% of your service price.

NO SHOW POLICY-⁠ Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask for you to let us know if you cannot make it 48 hours before your appointment so we can make the slot available to other clients. You will be charged 100% of the service price and will not be able to book further appointments without paying this charge. ⁠ ⁠

LATE ARRIVALS-⁠ Kindly note that all appointments are booked for a specific amount of time. If you happen to be running 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and be offered a shorter service time but you may still be charged for the original booking time. If we cannot offer you the treatment due to time then a 100% charge will be taken and we can re schedule your appointment. ⁠ ⁠ ⁠
