A quick weekend trip to Berlin to be humbled and see the sights. First Hyrox pro complete and it has highlighted the work that needs to be done! Amazing venue, amazing city. I will be back!

I chose right this morning!!
Drinking my cup of tea, belly a bit angry from the curry the night before.
Yeah, come on let’s go.
Trainers on, quick swig of water….. and immediately into a steep incline!! 😓
But!! If I had not gone on that run, I would not have met these beuts!
I will take that route again 😊🐎
